Starting today in the archives of all previous line sent prepaid-tariff MTS: "Basic", "Universal," "Yesterday", "All our", "Be practical." Time of appearance of the series - in October 2005, ie rates existed in the list of available connections for about one and half years. Tariffs were introduced to replace existing lines "Jeans" and the prospect of a gradual withdrawal of the name, but could not get away - too strong was the habit called "Jeans" prepaid-all MTS tariffs. Along with this line was buried in a curious concept of "tariff semifinished": the idea was to sell the consumer a certain tariff blanks (TA "Basic") followed by transfer to one of the "core" rate. Important "side effect" - practically lifting the traditional one-time free transfer to another rate: it was assumed that this transition will be used immediately upon purchase of Basic semi-finished or in the next few days after starting to use prepaid-kit. Incidentally, the promotional materials of the time "Basic" is not even on the list of tariffs. From the consumer point of view of "Basic" line of us today are not very interesting, although the possibility of passing on these TAs still exists and is not removed from the descriptions of other tariffs.
