In some ways, by Plantronics is very similar to to Dell. Both are U.S. citizens (with some reservations, of course), both long time catered to the corporate sector and continue to do so until now. Both came on the market of consumer electronics for a wide-eyed, they say, like this interesting, new, cool. For Dell, this campaign resulted in the creation of a number of strange laptops that are somewhere between consumer and corporate, and Plantronics, too, were such strange model. Suffice it to recall P590 Pulsar - seems to be a wireless stereo headset for geeks, young people, but it was, and frankly some incomprehensible things like strongly protruding microphone, frankly dull appearance. However, if you look past models of both companies, we see a remarkable Plantronics Discovery 975, and a number of good low-cost models. The Dell has Adamo and Alienware, plus low-cost line, in the general interest. But the esprit de corps can not be eradicated. And let it be, if only to equipment containing it, worked well.
