It's amazing with how many greedy impatience to "mobilize" the Russians are waiting for legislation on the introduction of free incoming calls on all phones. And how little (relatively few) people think about many of the inevitable consequences of such a step. No, I'm not campaigning "to trail in the wake of civilized nations" and know very well that even in the Ukraine mobile subscribers for incoming no longer pay. But elsewhere in the press appears more and more alarming publications on this subject, and the experience of neighboring Ukraine is still difficult to call-to-one.
